The Beaux Artes and Neoclassical Architecture which has become symbolic of the downtown Court Street Historic District in Binghamton NY. On the left is the original City Hall constructed in 1897 in the Beaux Artes style made famous in Paris; to the right the Broome County Courthouse built and designed by Isaac Perry in 1897-98: be hind and to the left is the Security Mutual Building, also of the Beaux Artes Style. This was under the brilliant work and design of Truman Lacey and sons in 1904.
